The Woman in the Garden, by Daryl Urig

Light brings each new day to my garden.  My space, my quiet place, surrounded by color and foliage that wraps its arms around me like a gentile hug.  Under the umbrella of His love, He allows me to take pleasure from the charming animation of growth and blooms erupting from the earth.  Butterflies, dragonflies, and hummingbirds are attracted to this lovely room.

My mother shared her love of the garden with me when I was quite young.  Today my wife and I create with God’s pallet of plants.
